With the Service Leaders Summit, ISLA provides Europe’s best forum for networking and the exchange among managers in service and spare parts intensive businesses. We bring together professionals from multiple industries: from Agricultural Equipment and Automotive, to Healthcare and Machinery, to Transportation Systems and White Goods. They all strive for the highest customer satisfaction and operational excellence. They all can learn from one another, because they all deal with similar challenges and issues — no matter in which industry they are in. ISLA’s major event series was launched in 2007 as Service & Logistics Summit, but renamed to Service Leaders Summit a few years ago, because we always see the full picture of service, beyond spare parts and logistics. As ISLA’s high-light event, the Service Leaders Summit is held in leading hotels either in vibrant cities or at scenic places out-of-town.
