The Service Leaders Summit 2026 marked ISLA’s 17th annual conference on Customer Service, Lifecycle Solutions, and Spare Parts Logistics. As such, it was a must-attend event for service professionals from manufacturers with a service and parts intensive business. As a hybrid conference, it combined a face-to-face meeting with connecting to a global audience via the internet. All seats for on-site participation at the JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt were fully booked.
